“Be the change you want to see in the world” – Gandhi

Erik channels his inner Gandhi as he sets out on his mission to help others.

– Pain Balance: How does a speaker balance his pain and the listener’s pain when talking?
– Show, Don’t Tell: Instead of describing how someone feels can the speaker allow the listener to experience it through storytelling? How do speakers evoke other senses when telling a story?
– Empathy: How does a great speaker share the listener’s emotions and feelings?
