How do you bring the Environmental issue from a Global Level to Individual Level?

Twenty years ago, the world needed environmental advocacy to understand and accept that we have a problem called Global Warming. 

Today, the world needs environmental action to start solving that problem - so how do you actually tackle a problem as huge as Climate Change caused by Global Warming?

You break it down from a global perspective down to an individual perspective. 

Or at least that’s what IDEAS For Us is teaching citizens, local governments, businesses, and fellow organizations to do through their project The IDEAS Hive.

In this interview, Biologist and Executive Director of IDEAS For Us, Clayton Louis Ferrara, speaks to our very own Spirit and breaks down the 3 steps they are using to advance sustainability at the hyper-local level. 

Clayton, a modern day naturalist who has been relentlessly committed to helping the environment since elementary school - believes that sustainability is the only path forward for our species. This century will reveal which countries and organizations are adapting to the reality of Global Warming or not. IDEAS For Us helps local communities in making that transition though organizing for action, scaling solutions, and helping companies and local governments in the process. Sustainability is the nexus of economic, environmental, and social concerns. That means job creation, environmental justice, and humanitarian aid in the USA and abroad.
