Great.com | Charity
Great.com has an unusual business model — we donate every dollar of profit we earn.
I’m Erik Bergman, the man behind Great.com. I’ve made millions in the online gambling space and am now putting my expertise in casino marketing to work for the greater good!
After earning more than $50m before my 30th birthday, I quickly realized that money wasn’t bringing me happiness. I found true joy and purpose helping others — which led me to philanthropy and global activism.
I know firsthand how much money is in online gambling, and I’m blending that knowledge with my philanthropic passion. Great.com is more than just a project or business — it’s my life’s mission.
Proof of Donations
My goal with Great.com is to take money from the traditionally taboo gambling industry and put it towards high-impact charities. This Robinhood-like approach aims to not just reshape the perception of the gambling industry, but to also drive significant and measurable change in the world.
I’ve made countless contributions and donations over the years to local and global charitable organizations. In total, I’ve contributed more than $3.8 million.
Below are a few of the largest and most impactful donations I’ve made so far with receipts showing the contributions made to each cause.

$1,200,000 Donated to #TeamSeas
In December 2021, I donated $1.2 million to MrBeast and Mark Rober’s project #TeamSeas. The #TeamSeas initiative sought to remove waste from the ocean. For every dollar donated, 1 pound of plastic and trash would be removed from the ocean.
The money went to the two organizations Ocean Conservancy and The Ocean Cleanup.

€.1,000,000 Donated for Climate Change
In December 2020, I challenged my rich friends to donate money to the climate crisis. I promised to double all donations made up to one million euros.
In total, donations of €400,000 came in from my friends, which I doubled, and then another €600,000 came in from members of the organization Founders Pledge, who were receiving the donations.
Proof of Donation:
- Receipt for the donation (note that there are three receipts in different currencies totaling €1M)

Youtube Channel Donations
We run a YouTube channel where we do casino highlight videos. In these videos I’ve mentioned several of the donations that we have made.
The purpose of this project is to spread the word about Great.com and our mission while also bringing awareness to charities we care about.
The climate change fundraiser above showed me how much philanthropic influence I can have on other powerful and wealthy players in the casino industry. So, if I can get just one other person to make a contribution because of something they saw me do or say, then that’s a success.
Below is an ongoing list of receipts of donations made from our YouTube casino project. The list doesn’t get updated with every donation but it covers several and together with the main donations listed above they cover a significant part of all donations.
