About 240 million people get sick from malaria every year, and about 625,000 die. 70% of those who die are children under the age of 5, and it is the most common cause of death among pregnant women. Malaria can be prevented by sleeping under mosquito nets treated with pesticides.

The Against Malaria Foundation has received a donation of 501 mosquito nets thanks to our partnership with Sports Innovation A/S. These nets will protect 902 people.

The nets donated are part of these 432 250 nets being distributed in Congo. On the left is shown where Congo is, and on the right were the different deliveries of nets are in Congo itself.
