How would you describe PokCas to someone who does not know what you are doing?

– Our main idea is to rank Poker and Casino brands in the industry by taking a unique approach. That’s why our brand is called PokCas, it is the first three letters of the words Poker and Casino.

– Our platform shows Top 5 Poker and Casino Rankings, why just 5? Since we want brands to fight for the opportunity to reach one of the top spots and become the best version of themselves. Also, TOP 5 is easier to track for an average player and no one really cares that much about those brands in lower positions. We also have various guides, reviews and news articles.

– We are about to launch a completely new version of our platform where you will be able to see if the brand went up or down in rankings plus other cool features. So what you currently see in the screenshot, is going to get a very nice upgrade this year.

How did you end up in the casino industry?

– It was meant to happen since I was already working in this industry with various communities but didn’t have a project of my own. During one I-gaming conference I suddenly got this vision in my head about this idea and then a few months later started thinking how to turn this idea into reality. After coming up with a great domain name, I was sure that I am onto something.

What personality traits make you a skilled founder? What have been your biggest challenges?

– You need a creative mindset, you need to be the one who comes up with ideas or you need that type of person in your team. I’m also a risk-taker and don’t mind considering new possibilities, that’s the problem with many people who don’t like getting out of their mental comfort zone. I think what sets me apart is that I am an achiever, I focus on the reward and don’t let specific skills get in my way. If you are lacking something, you can always learn it or find someone who can do it for you, but in order to win, you need to go for the kill and don’t worry about something you don’t know, that’s very important. Everything is a learning curve and we are are only at the very early stage. I focus on the improvements so that we would have less and less challenges. I don’t focus on negativity.

How have you changed as a person from running PokCas?

– I guess it is too early to tell plus I am slowly turning from a young adult into an adult, so it is hard to tell why certain changes happen. I didn’t need to change much since I was always good at talking to people when I needed to. I think it is only going to change me in a positive way while we continue growing more and more. In the future we will have new people joining our team and I will have to be a good leader who is overseeing everything.

What are you most proud of?

– I’m proud of the fact that I don’t let my dreams to be dreams, I turn them into reality.

Where do you want to be in 5 years?

– In 5 years we will be a very big platform, once we reach a certain stage that should open us certain doors and I would make sure that our brand becomes mainstream.
