There are around a million blind people in the USA. With such a large and diverse blind community, there is always huge demand for work and lifestyle adaptations as well as new learning. In this episode we talked with Stephanie Jones from Clovernook about the importance of helping the blind and visually impaired live life to the fullest.

Clovernook offers a well-rounded series of initiatives to help the blind and visually impaired make the most of both their work life and their private life. Stephanie explains that Clovernook is one of the world’s largest producers of Braille materials, implementing it in almost all settings. They are enhancing the technology and equipment blind people use to relax, helping them enjoy physical activity and carry out work more efficiently.

One of the issues blind and visually impaired people face is a lack of awareness. There is a lot of potential in the education space to help employers understand the value blind people bring to a job. Clovernook plays its part by equipping visually impaired employees with vital workplace skills training, with proven results.
