How would you describe your business to someone who does not know what you are doing? 

– Well, I usually say I make affiliate marketing, testing and presenting slot games. Media partner for people who don’t understand what exactly is that. General presentation of online casinos and games. 

How did you end up in the casino industry? 

– I actually started in 2014, through a friend who worked as support for an online casino. Then, in the same year, I opened the Deluxe Casino Bonus website. Also, after that, I used to work in a physical casino as a poker dealer, in 2016, for about a year and a half. I did that to gain more experience in the casino field.

– First of all, I started because I genuinely like this field of work, I like gambling, I am a player myself. And from my experience, I like that I’m now able to help and instruct others in this area. 

What personality traits in you make you a skilled founder ? 

– Well, this is a hard one, because I think other people are the ones that can best say how they see me and my personality ☺ I like to respect everyone I work with and to be respected in return, so maybe the way I see people equally no matter what could be a personality trait that helps in this line of work. Also, I like how I went “from zero to hero”, how I grew from scratch gradually, so maybe persistence could be another personality trait that helped me be more skilled professionally. I also think now I can manage different situations – even difficult ones – pretty well. Overall, I like to think of myself as a normal but dependable person. These could be my best personality traits so far. 

 What have been your biggest challenges? 

– This is an easy one. Finding the right people for every task. And learning everything from scratch. 

How have you changed as a person from running this business? 

– I don’t feel like I’ve changed. Not as a person. Perhaps by the fact that I’m a little more organized. Or at least I’m trying to be better. 

What is your main purpose with Deluxe Casino Bonus family?

– I just want to say that our job here is, first of all, to help people be informed and choose the best and safest casinos to play on, as well as all the fun and attractive online games and slots. What are you most proud of? 

– I’m very proud that from a one-person company, I now reached a team of 12-13 people. I’m proud that we’ve expanded, that the company and personnel grew so much. I really like this, and I like working in a team. So I’m proud I’ve managed to put a good team together. I would like to make a big office so we can all be together more. 

Where do you want to be in 5 years personal and professional?

– Still here, continuing the rise of the company. I never set myself goals in a specific timeline. All I want is to expand more, to triple the company’s income, obviously ☺ And personally, I’m a happy family man.
