Mental illnesses come in many forms. But that doesn’t change the fact that people are scared to admit they have a mental illness or live with someone suffering from one of the many harmful conditions. In addition, many mental illnesses develop in children. Almost 50% of mental illness cases develop in children by age 14. The need to educate and improve the lives of mental illness patients is crucial if we are to tackle these issues.
